I was reading that he will be sent down to a junior team next year in the Swedish league. I wonder if he would consider playing in Hamilton instead? But the move makes some sense, as he was playing on the 4th for Leksand in his rookie year, so going down to the junior league (where his new team is one of the top junior teams) he should get a ton of ice time. I dont' understand this move, as he was 10th in the league in rookie scoring, which isn't bad playing on the 4th line. And why they are annoucning it now doesn't make sense either.
Hamilton may need some bodies next year (as I hope Chow, Lindsay and Blouin are gone, and maybe Descoteaux as well) so trying to bring over Eneqvist might not be a bad ideal. He could play on the 3rd line I would think.

Makes sense. I think AS will look to sign A LOT of the prospects to play in Ham next year.

I liked what i saw from Eneqvist at the Hull rookie tournament last season. He's not very big, but seemed to play a well rounded game and looked tenacious out there.
I think bringing him over to the AHL next season would be a good idea. With a bit of seasoning, i could see Eneqvist turning into a slightly more combative version of Andreas Dackell.

The editior of Eliteprospects.com (which covers the SEL) sees Eneqvist as a Dackell with more scoring and better phyiscally. I think he would be much better off playing in Hamilton then the junior league.
