"If, ultimately, these guys are proven guilty, "
That is the problem I have with this right now. They seem to be guilty until proven innocent. What if the allegations are false and one of these riders missed a chance to compete in their sport's greatest competition? Do they have legal recourse?
Pound went after Armstrong with gusto. Now Armstrong, who has been exonerated, is trying to get Pound (along with help from the NHL) removed from WADA. Whether you think Armtrong is a better cheater than the others (ala carl Lewis) or you think he is 100% innocent, WADA had better get their facts straight before publicly making such accusations.

Pound is a lawyer. I understand Roenick and Chelios making reckless statements to the press, but that Dick should know better. He should join France hunting down Armstrong for the thousandth time without exhonorating him. The French are throwing out riders before they are proven guilty. Time to go back to the MAAA and operate at your competence level.
