Mark Lafleur will undergo a 30-day psychiatric evaluation before he returns to court to face charges of sexual assault and forcible confinement.

The 22-year-old son of former Montreal Canadiens star Guy Lafleur appeared in a Montreal courthouse Monday morning for his bail hearing.
He's accused of forcible confinement and sexual assault during a recent relationship he allegedly had with an underaged girl.
Lafleur's defence lawyer said his client suffers from Tourette's syndrome - a neurological disorder usually associated with involuntary body movements and uncontrollable speech, including swearing - and also has a drug problem.
Lafleur will remain in custody at the Sherbrooke University Hospital Centre (CHUS) where he'll undergo tests to determine his mental state at the time the alleged crimes were committed.
His lawyer wants Lafleur to also undergo a detox program to address an undetermined drug problem.
