Can they end it thrusday night, or will the Moose force a game 7. The Dogs have been good at home, but the Moose play them tough, should be a good game. I hope Fichaud is in nets, but we'll have to see. Haakena (sp?) should be benched, even though he scored to get the dogs within 1 goal, he ended all hopes when he scored on his own goal not much later. Wake up Hossa and get some goals, stop letting Ryder and the scoring machine Bill Lindsay get all the goals. Komo and Hainsey have both been solid so far and I love when they are paired together as it's a look at the future. Edit, thought it was tonight, but it's Thrusday. My bad

on the dogs PP: Bill Lindsay and sparkplug Chad Hinz. I am sorry but Geoff Ward has NO CLUE. What the heck is he doing playing grinders on the PP with the talent we have ?

Gratton/Ward line is really lighting it up. Ward gets his 3rd of the season, and Gratton picks up 2 helpers.

absolutely pathetic. Moose win 4-3. What a joke. This series should be over. Geoff Ward got totally outcoached and has no clue who to use when you need a goal(Bill Lindsay on the ice with 30 seconds to go ? )where is Rita? or Hossa? or Torres? why is Salmelinen getting plenty of PP time? Unfreakingreal.

I'm not quite as critical as you Marc, but I was wondering about the coaching. Hainsey was getting very little time and then he got beat for the 4th goal and you wonder if Ward wasn't right. Hainsey didn't seem to have jump, but very few of the Dogs did. Their positioning was unusual. On shootins they didn't seem to flood 2 guys on the puck (on the PP). Or 3 guys went after the puck. Perhaps the players just had a bad game. Disorganized. One more to go, then golf for the prospects too.

This was a warning tonight..the kids have to play better if they wanna win game 7. Hainsey seem to be saved for the PP's by Ward..so then why throw him out there 5 on 5 late in the game ? is Bobby Allen really that much better than Hainsey ? Plus the Moose could be getting back some Nucks farmhands like Reid and Baumer for that one....

Hossa and Hainsey may be our prospects, but any coach wants their best players on the ice. I hardly think G. Ward is going into each game with the lineup he thinks will likely lose. Could well be that our favourites still have some learning to do.
