There has been/is a lot of discussion about evangelical Christianity and what it means. Tony Campolo articulates well how I see Christianity in action. Biblically, from Matthew 25:31-46. Campolo was interviewed on The Hour ( the interview). Read just about anything by Campolo . . . if you dare! |

I agree -- this has no place -- it just shows the religiousity of something that is supposed to be relational. Big bucks, big bucks. I've pointed out the wittenburg door as one of my favourite magazines before -- takes to task big time, deservedly so. Some great issues on ethical issues in the 80s and 90s. I thought it went downhill when it was bought out, but it still speaks truth (of course, unless you are part of the sub-culture you miss a lot of the meaning, but it's still good for a laugh. |
