Have about 15 minutes left on lunch ... then I go back to periodic breaks between tasks. Here's a photo that I've had on my PC wallpaper here and there. It's Mount Fuji.  Stuff like this gets my attention right away and I usually save a few before putting them on a CD. Cheers. |

Just mixing some up here. Another former wallpaper. Here is a photo of Burg Hohenzollern in Germany. It used to house the Hohenzollern family who were once rulers of Prussia. This photo is a link here on the Internet; however, I have some personal photos of this castle as well. We were deploying back to Lahr after three weeks of maneuvers and we parked the entire battalion at a "leaguer" within view of the castle.  Took some military vehicles up as far as we could then hoofed up the rest of the way. Awesome what people can build. Cheers. |

Here's one of the new seven wonders of the world, Petra. This is the building (the Treasury) they used for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. Excellent movie.  I've had friends visit this place when we were in the Middle East. However, I never made it there because I would have had to use two of my vacation days and I wanted all of the time I had to use for home. Sometimes I wish I had gone with them though. Cheers. |
