I grew up in Montreal & I am sure I can remember some elctions ( early 70s I think) where the Rhinos finished ahead of the PCs.

In Outremont, candidate François Gourd tallied 145 votes. In Saint-Hyacinthe—Bagot, candidate Christian Willie Vanasse tallied 384.
Not bad for a party that actually admits that they won't keep any of their campaign promises (and if they keep [/i]this[/i] one then they have keep their promise not to keep their promises).
