Thanks Willie D. I tuned in and watched just over the last half of the show. I don't know anything about sailing or what constitutes rough waters or safety precautions.
But, after listening to that British captain I really think there are some questions that have yet to be properly addressed. I also thought the investigators made a huge mistake when they turned the tables and put all the accountability on Laura Gainey. It was a deliberate attack and did nothing for their case at all.
I think this isn't over by a longshot. And they've picked a pretty determined opponent in Bob Gainey.

This was on several months ago & I remember being really PO'd at the captain/owner of the boat. He was just a weasel in self-preservation mode.
