Here's a site that's helping me with translations from English to French and visa versa. It doesn't provide grammar but it will give you different ways of spelling words according to what you're using the for. www.granddictionnaire.com/btml/fra/r_motclef/index800_1.aspI don't have a decent French grammar program. I've tried the language translator in Google, but it can be brutal at times. Anyone have a good French grammar translator? Cheers.

Good sites les gars. The reason I started this is because I've been translating academic exams into French from English. They're far from perfect and I've had to get them vetted by an expert at work.
If anyone has a French/English grammar translator please put it up. The one on Google is OK in a way, but it really misses the mark in other ways.
Cheers.

Sweet I DL Rosetta Stone and I am currently teaching myself French and this link is awesome it is going to help me a lot. Oopy, what do you think of Rosetta Stone? My son is in Montreal & can use help improving his French. I will put it this way, I took French in grade 8 and also in College and I have had Rosetta Stone for 2 weeks and I have learned more in those 2 weeks. I may be more open to learn it now however I have always wanted to learn French and German and a few other languages. What it is essentially is a picture with words, it will show a cat, a dog, a horse, etc and a voice will come on and say "un chat" or "un Chien" or "un Cheval" (lol I sure these are spelt right) and you match it to the picture. It gets much more complicated after that of course, I am up to question and answers but that is the essence of the program. Also it is recommended that you use it at least once a day for 30ish minutes to help with retention. I was able to DL the program and lessons 1 through 3.
