What is it with these Toronto teams. Can't they find someone capable of running their team that they didn't fire 10-15 years ago. 
They fire Gibbons and hire, wait for it... Cito Gaston if you can believe it. here's the link:

Ricciardi is the guy that should go. He came in as a disciple of Billy Beane. He was going to use the "moneyball" philosophy to develop competitive teams for a reasonable cost. He isn't close on the competitiveness or the cost. I'm not a Jays fan so I don't really care but this guy has done an awful job.
