OK, maybe not quite that dramatic. But I took a look at where Red Line had our picks pegged, and with which selection we drafted them. Red Line's evaluation is the first number. Our actual draft turn is in parentheses.
Kastsitsyn 4 (10) Urquhart 63 (40) Lapierre 46 (61) O'Byrne 116 (79) Locke 61 (113) Stewart 240 (123) Heino-Lindberg 237 (177) Flood - (188) Korpikari - (217) Bonneau 169 (241) Halak 152 (271)
So, to very crudely break down our selections versus Red Line's evaluations:
Steals - Kastsitsyn, Lapierre, O'Byrne (only because Woodlief had him as one of his three sleepers in the draft), Locke, Bonneau, and Halak.
Hunches - Urquhart, Stewart, Heino-Lindberg, Flood, and Korpikari.
I know that Savard et cie do not play hunches per se.

It's interesting that nearly every draft publication i've read had Lapierre ahead of Urquhart...THN, CSB, RedLine, etc...
Urquhart had the better numbers last season, but he was more physically mature and has more experience in the Q. Call it a hunch, but i think Lapierre is going to suprise some of us and become the 2nd best prospect out of our 2003 crop behind Kastsitsyn.

Aside from Killer Kat, Halak and O'Byrne will be steals imo.
