Calling Out to Graphic Artists

So, I know some of you on here are quite handy with graphics and photo editing. I'm looking for someone that would be willing to create a custom header for a blog I'm writing. The blog is basically a hockeybuzz type site for a keeper league I'm in. I play the part of eklund. Only 1 person in the league of 16 knows who I am.

Anyways, We can have a custom header in our blog design, max size 760x200 pixels. I'm looking for someone that would be willing to put something together with our League Name, The Extraordinary Gentlemen's League (XGL) and something saying "brought to you by X-Lund", set over a collage of young skilled hockey players (Crosby, Ovechkin, Malkin...).

I'd be willing to pass on a few bucks via paypal if someone can put something nice together.
