Sorry guys, but I have to correct myself in my last article. Tomas Linhart is on loan in the Czech Senior league Div 1 (man he moves around a lot, 5 teams in 3 years) He's played 5 games with them, and is currently up with the team, he has 1 assist so far, E and 2 pims. He has also played 2 games in the junior league, with 0 pts and a +2.
Sorry for the confusion. I had my mens league and junior league switched.

It can't be easy improving your game while moving around so much. Hopefully, he gets to play a full season in one place with plenty of ice time. What is the caliber of the Czech Div 1 Senior League?
Cheers,

Cheers, Plekanec, Hudler, played there if I'm not mistaken, plus countless other Czech NHLers. Not 100% on who has played there, but it's up there with the top Euro leagues, RSL, SM Liiga, SEL, DEL.

Dan, I have tried to go to www.hokej.cz/ in order to find out some info (basically stats because I can't read czech) on Linhart but I am completely lost on the website. Have you checked out this site, and if so, where in the world do you go to find the info Thx

My Czecheslovakian isn't too good, but I think it essentially is translated, "Who is the Bozo that took Linhart over Hudler?"

How come Linhart wasn't at the training camp? I hope we haven't given up on him this soon.

He was born February 16, 1984 (so he's 20) He's 187 cm (about 6' 1-1/2") and weighs 73 kg (about 205 lb) He's played for one club, Pardubice That bozo (not to be confused with Beaux-Eaux) was Savard

But he's still very young, he's big and should have a few years in the Czech league to develop. As to why he wasn't there, I can't say. Korneev, Eneqvist, Milroy, Michaud, Shasby, Glenn, Selig were all missing. I asked Julien why Archer was there but not Milroy, he didn't really have an answer aside from saying he didn't put the camp together. I also asked if it was optional for the "older" prospects he said it wasn't. Korneev is in Finland playing in a preseason tournament, don't know why the rest were not there.

I know you made a typo, I just wanted to increase my incredible number of posts.

My Czecheslovakian isn't too good, but I think it essentially is translated, "Who is the Bozo that took Linhart over Hudler?" I guess bringing it up every two years isn't too often. Hudler will be starting in Detroit this year and presumably having a great year. Linhart will be playing for 11 different teams from Czechslovakia to Minsk. Seriously though, is he still in Montreals plans. He is big, very strong and hits a ton when he doesn't miss the check. He is one czech that doesn't get bounced.

Write him off.
Make sure that A. Savard has nothing to do with the entry draft ever again.
