Heard om AM640 (in Toronto) that charges have been dismissed. Nilan pays $100.00 court costs & promises to stay put of that store.

We have no idea what personal issues he's going through. There are rumors that he has been in and out of rehab the last few years. If true , I hope this public embarrassment helps get him past his addition.
