Two years in jail for shooting himself in the leg. In the meantime, Donte Stallworth gets 24 days for killing a man.
I really don't know what to say to that.

Heard on the Fan 590 today that the sentence was harsher because it happened in Manhattan (NYS) and not, say, across the river in Jersey.
What happened in the Stallworth case...and where (geographically) did it happen?

What happened in the Stallworth case...and where (geographically) did it happen? Stallworth was in Miami. I'm with BC - how do you get less than a month in jail for driving drunk & killing someone?  At least the NFL gave him a 1 year suspension. |
