Got at least 3 whale sharks in there. Largest fish currently on the planet. Impressive. A big tanks for posting, CV. I'm sure animal rights groups would have something to say about it, though....and from their perspective....rightly so, I guess. EDIT: There are 4 whale sharks. Article Located in the Churaumi Aquarium in Okinawa, Japan, the enormous tank is some ten metres deep, 35 metres wide and 27 metres long. Is that big enough to satisfy PETA et al? I've read that the life expectancy of whale sharks goes down drastically when confined like that.....just reporting. Also, does that variety of species exist in that density in the wild?

I'm guessing that feeding time is interesting. They're in close quarters and I would suspect they do not live in confines like that out in the ocean deep. This is almost Walt Disneyesque in nature though. Very cool, especially if you have a high def monitor and decent speaker system attached.
