I'll post all updates on Andrei Kastitsyn during the championship in this thread.
in 3 games so far Andrei has been very good point-wise.
he had 3 goals in a 9-1 win over Estonia, 1 goal and 2 assists in a 7-2 win over France and a goal and an assist in a 5-2 win over Italy for a total of 8 points (5 goals and 3 assists). I took these from game logs as there are some differencies between them and the statistics.
even though these look great, he's not the best player on his team. Vadzim Karaha (or Vadim Karaga) had 6g and 4a so far to lead all tournament scorers. he plays for London Knights of the OHL and I think he is 2004. draft eligible although he's one month older than Andrei. he's listed at 5'9" and 165 lbs.
all these stats should be taken with caution because team Belarus, along with Norway, is much better than the rest of the competition and today's game between Belarus and Norway should decide the winner of this championship.

Belarus beat Norway 6:1, Andrei getting one assist. Vadzim Karaha, the guy I mentioned in my first post, was again the best player on the ice with 1G and 3A. it looks like Belarus will be playing in the World U20 championship next year.

Kastitsyin second in tournament scoring, with one game left to play (behind his teammate, as Rimmer has pointed out). Also top 10 in penalties (12 PIMs in 4 games, well behind a teammate with 39). 10 points in 4 games so far. As has been the norm for him this season, he dominates against weaker opponents. On the brink of taking the next step up, I guess (hope?). Here's an article on Belarus winning the tournament... www.iihf.com/news/iihfpr8303.htm

It would be nice to see AK pick up another 3 or 4 points against Japan There doesn't appear to be a playoff round in this tourney... am I correct in assuming that?
