5-1. Perezhoghin with 3 points, and 6 shots on net, Hainsey with 3 points, +2. Alexander Svitov had 4 points. Jonathon Ferland had 2 points. JF Damphousse was in nets, stopping 28 of 29 shots. Good to see Hainsey and Perezhoghin coming to life. I think that makes 5 points for Perezhoghin in the last two games? And Hainsey's 3 points is a nice break-through, as he seemed to be all over the offensive zone the last couple of games with nothing to show for it. He "only" had 3 shots tonight, but I think he had 6 the last game, and 5 the game before that... Hainsey now has 7 points in 12 games, and is +8. Perezhoghin has 14 points in 32 games, but as mentioned, 5 of those came this weekend... www.theahl.com/SlamScoreboard/ahl-frameset.html

I suspect Perezhogin has jumped the fence, errr. hurdle. The last 2 games he has been very productive. Development is funny. Often a child/person/player, can look lost and disoriented and out of it, and then...suddenly, everything falls into place and they take off. This could be it with Alex. If he scores a point per game in the next 10 games we can consider it to have 'happened'. Then, he's headed for the Habs....this year.
PS. Milroy scored his first as well. PPS. Any chance we can pick up Svitov? Doesn't Ruslan Fedotenko have a brother somewhere, who we can sign and flip?

Did anybody see this game? They were experimenting with the wider blue lines ( looked to be twice the width). They actually showed a clip of this game durimg HNIC.
Just wondering what your impressions were.
