Shasby scored two on Saturday and now has 5 G and 11 A this year and is on pace for about 24 points this season. If I am ready the stats right, he only has 67 shots in 48 games. That puts him 12th or 13th on the team and indicates he probably isn't geting much PP time. Hopefully he can replace Traverse in Hamilton next year.
I may have to eat my words about Thinel. With 33 points in 36 games he has really come alive in Columbus. If he keeps it up he could earn also earn a spot in Hamilton by stepping in to replace Somervuori or Olvestad next year.
Larrivee has the size that the Canadiens lack at center and like his teammates, he has picked up the scoring pace as the season wears on. My guess is that he will be in Columbus again next year but at 6-3 195 he may get a shot at the American League. With 18 points so far this season, he is on a pace to score about 27 points this year.
