If I had to reach the cap floor, I rather add that kind of salary with two or three lunchpail players who give 100% every game, than with one grossly overpaid, underachieving player another team wants to dump. If I had the roster space for two or three players, that is.  But you get my point. If you have to spend it, spend it wisely. |

I admit, I agree. butcha never know . . . is it money or is it a contender that he wants?
and why wouldn't he agree to a trade when he realized that the Stars were going nowhere and he was going to be able to walk at free agent time anyway? never could figure that one out.
