Habs sign forward Brian Willsie

Here is the veteran scorer that the Dogs currently lack, and helps fill the other half of the void left by Dawes and Boyd. Dogs' lineup starting to look pretty decent now. Still need another defenseman (or two) for sure.

481 NHL games under his belt and he had a pretty good year with Hersey last year as well. A bit long-in-the-tooth, though.

Looks like he played only in Hershey in 2000-01. He had one game with the Avs in 1999-00 and played most the season with the Avs in 2001-02, including in the playoffs.
