As per Puck Daddy, here: ca.sports.yahoo.com/juniorhockey/blog/buzzing_the_net/post/QMJHL-Cup-hosts-make-curious-trade-for-future-H?urn=juniorhockey-wp1185And RDS, here: www.rds.ca/lhjmq/chroniques/325047.htmlBasically, the gist of the English article: Apparently, though, Cataractes GM Martin Mondou is hopeful that the Canadiens, not wanting Leblanc to risk re-injuring his shoulder against bigger and more physical AHLers, might send him to junior.
[snip]
The odds still favour Leblanc, who had 26 goals and 58 points in 51 games with the Montreal Juniors last season, ending up with Montreal's AHL affiliate in Hamilton.I guess the Cataractes are trying to shore up their team as they are the Memorial Cup host this season. Oh, and did I mention that he signed Mr. Val's Habs ball cap? Yup

Unless Mr. Mondou knows something the rest of us don't, his odds would be better buying a 6/49 ticket.
