I've registered myself. An older cousin of mine who was a role model and the brother I never had growing up is a survivor of a very aggressive and rare form of prostate cancer so I'm fundraising in his honor.
I've registered as an individual but if Habsrus gets a team going, I'll hop along.
P.S. All you dudes over 40, during your next physical, ask your doctor to have a PSA test. They say 50, but if a family member has had it, it will be best $30 you'll ever spend.

Yes, and remember....a high PSA doesn't necessarily mean anything. Neither does a low one. It's just an indicator.
A high score could be the result of an enlarged prostate, or BPH, which is very common.
My urologist decided to send me for a biopsy in 2009. Ouch X 12. All 12 samples came back negative. And my scores have come down since (which, again, isn't a guarantee of anything, but it feels good psychologically anyway.)
I go for a PSA test every 4 months or so.....whether the doc wants it or not.
2 vials of blood. Get yourself checked.

day one of facial hair growing. only a couple of us "in" from the looks of it -- PM one of us if you want to sponsor and we'll send you the link.
my father-in-law developed prostate cancer when he was 41, spread to his bones and he was dead within a year. PSA and DRE 2ce a year for me; no family history but not taking chances.
