Another Twitter rumour, saying Habs are showing some interest on picking up Parros.
I wouldn't mind it....he and Prust on the same line could be exciting!!

He can play a little at least. Whats his contract status? Moen other way?
EDIT: One year left at caphit of 937k. He's 33. Old for a fighter. He's aged well though, I admit. If memory serves me, his fights aren't all staged ones off whistles.
We'd have to make room for him. Someone has to go the other way. White maybe, as the dollars would make sense.

I'll pass. We need to gear up with guys who can help us come playoff time. He is a little one dimensional and there is traditionally not a lot of fighting come playoff time.

Parros is a serviceable player. Very popular wherever he's played, both in the room and in the stands. I wouldn't be concerned with him taking a regular shift like I would be with a Colton Orr. He's not Shawn Thorton, but he can take a shift.
Someone from the current crop of forwards would have to go the other way though. Ideally a winger. Colby is our 4th line RW when everyone is healthy.
I doubt the Panthers are too interested in taking term back, unless they need it to stay above the cap floor. Moen has a NTC this year and next according to capgeek. Armstrong does not.
If it was a Parros for Armstrong, salaries are virtually a wash, and the Panthers free up the salary for next year.

I'd say he's a more capable player than Laraque. He usually gets around 10 shifts and 7 minutes a game.

I rather have Bordeleau. He can skate and still young enough to learn.
I rather we try to find/develop another Probert then a washed out Greek with a porn 'stash.
