I think it's a marginal upgrade for the Leafs. Drake started his injury riddled career with the Toronto. Jackman was a bumb. A marginal NHLer at best. Berehowsky has had some decent seasons in the last 5 years and will at least be a new face. This certainly isn't the big move they're looking to make. Drake will be a good 6th/7th. Toronto actually saves $135,000 in the deal, and get beefier.

Another fossil for the natural history museum in Toronto. What's the average age now?

Another fossil for the natural history museum in Toronto. What's the average age now? And they thought about bringing back Gilmour, witch would have bring the average back.

Toronto's not going to be getting any missing piece. It'll be another early playoff exit for them as usual, just like Philly.

They'll be getting a missing link (anthropologically speaking), not a missing piece.

Jackman was a bum. A marginal NHLer at best. So true, but earlier rumours had Jackman going for Grade A quality beef. Obviously the rumour mongers are the same guys who made up the Hockey News Prospect grades.

I wonder what the point was. He is not even playing tonight.
Is Quinn still ticked about not being GM?
