Arguably the most famous and most talented child movie star of all time....starting in 1932 at the age of 3 or 4.
And it didn't ruin her. She left show biz at 21...after it became apparent that the public (or Hollywood) preferred the little Shirley over the teenager/young woman.
Her tap-dancing scenes with Bill "Bojangles" Robinson are classics!
