According to sportsnet, the Stars picked up Barnes for Mike Ryan and a secound round pick. Boy the Stars are active

I really hope the Gilmour rumour is true, we will lose him at yeras end anyways so why not get a pick in return, let's hope the Stars are still hungry

The Sabres have already dealt Varada, Ray & now Barnes. I winder if this means they will keep their stars - Zhitnik/Satan.
They save some money on the smaller names & rebuild around their "big" names.
