Alexander Perezhogin gets the first star in yesterday's big RSL game between Alex's Avangard Omsk and the NHL star studded Ak Bars Kazan. To put this performance into perspective, the game featured tons of NHL stars like Jagr, Brad Richards, Khabibulin, Kasparitis, Kovalev, Vinny LeCav, Salei, Antropov, etc. Pretty impressive performance IMO. Alex now has 11 points in 17 RSL games.

A lot of penalties dished out, and surprise, surprise, Kasparaitis was in the middle of it all with 31 minutes of penalties.
