The temporary absence of Ellis will allow Jarvis to make fuller use of Danis, reserving Michaud as an emergency replacement in the event of an injury.

Michaud finally won a game, 4-2. Maybe all the worms are turning simultaneously. Does this portend a massive earthquake? ;D

Michaud has a long battle ahead of him if he ever expects to play for the Habs. Theodore is still young, Danis has moved ahead of him in the depth charts while Halak and Lindberg both seem to be playing well and are younger than Michaud.
I don't think he is a bad goaltender but I can't see where he fits into the club's long term plans.

He will at least practice with the team and sit on the bench as he was just called up today, and more likely get a game or two in to give Danis a rest. This is due to Ellis being part of Team Canada in some obscure international hockey tourney. www.canoe.ca/Bulldogs/News/2004/12/16/785609.html
