Sorry, another thread and there is no rumor per se about this.

But RDS is reporting that Roenick probably won't come back during the regular season and who knows regarding the playoffs.

Primeau is out with a concussion and they traded Comrie a few days ago. Sure, Perreault is certainly not the only C available right now but he can be had for a pick and he's coming cheap (rest of this season' salary and not financial commitment for next year).

A perfect emergency acquisition...

There really is no one on Philly's roster I would like.

But if the trade was to happen, maybe they would trade Seidenberg .... he is injured but has been rumoured in every trade out of Philly. Just please do not let it be John Slaney. A pick instead of career AHLers please.

For Perreault, I would be happy with a third. A second is asking for too much, but who knows, it wouldn't be the first time the Flyers overpay for a spare part.

The Flyers just won 3 straight with Nittymaki in goal and two against the Rangers without Primeau & Roenick. ( Thursday's game was tied when those guys went down in NY).
I watched them today. It was one of those situations - were the Flyers that good or were the Rangers that bad.

They don't look like they need much of anything right now.
