First time I saw her was on The Ed Sullivan Show when I was a kid.
Here's a set from a Sullivan appearance….April 23rd, 1967. On most Sundays, that audience was about as "tight-cheeked" as they came. And a probable nightmare for a comedian if there was a pop group on the same bill.
