The Dogs snap their two game losing streak against the Roadrunners and do Wiley E Coyote proud in a come from behind 3-2 win last night in Hamilton. Dogs were down 2-0 before Milroy, Locke and Plekanec all replied for the Baby Habs (sans Kostitsyn). Higgins is back and assisted on Milroy's goal after missing a few games with a sore foot - two separate games with slapshots off the foot will do that. Danis was in net for the win. www.canoe.ca/Bulldogs/News/2004/12/27/799088.html

Plekanec's goal was a long time acoming. He was in a dreadful slump. I'm relieved that Higgins had only a contusion, not a fracture.

He has been buzzing in the games that were televised recently, but just not scoring. Let's hope this charges that top line of Ward-Pleky-Kosty (upon his return). As for Higgins, yeah that is great news. It is very difficult getting any injury information on Bulldogs players.
