I haven't been on this site obviously as much this season. But i'm watching begin sign with hamilton and wondering why a young guy like komisarek isn't playing in the ahl where we can watch him develop on tv.
Is he in europe? Please don't tell me he's sitting at home at his age!

In essence, Dominik Saillant, the Canadiens director of public relations, said: Mike Komisarek is still in rehab and is training off-ice at the Bell Centre. His condition has improved and the state of his health will be reevaluated in a few weeks. It's possible he could join the Hamilton Bulldogs before the end of the regular season. Yes, it was a serious injury.

Is it the type of injury that will be recurring? Obviously i realize that once anything on your body is hurt it will never be the same. But i'm just wondering about his long term prognosis.

The news from the Hamilton Bulldogs' forum today mentioned that in today's Hamilton Spectator, they stated that Komo started skating with the Dogs and there is hope that he will be able to play in a few weeks. This is the most promising news I have heard yet, although I didn't actually see the actual Ham Spectator article myself. He would be a huge boost to the Dogs trying to make a playoff run.
