Wow. Are the Sens goig to be good now or what. It seems to me that they didn't overpaid, to say the least. A 6th rounder and a second pick.
The comments of the Caps GM, whilst showing a great respect for Bondra, are quite strange. I'm not sure I'd like to hear Gainey say that after a trade. That it was hard to do, but the thing that mattered was to send our player to a team that could win the Cup. He doesn't say a single word about the players they get in return. Of course, it's exerpts from what he said, but still.

Good for the Pens but it makes me mad that its the Sens and not us going for it.Hopefully our turn won't be that far away.
