Curious how involved we were given some of the rumours that he may be a target for the Habs.
I'm fine. Decent player but unless Berg has a deep conviction on the player, those contracts can become a burden.

Very nice deal... I thought he was going for a lot more money..$4.3million for a probable 2nd line player who is considered one of the better PKers in the NHL Calgary is getting their team together
Wondering if we really kicked the tires or not here like we were rumoured to be?

I wouldn't have liked that signing had he come to Montreal ... it's that range of contract that seems to linger around long after the return (which could be years 1 and 2 of the deal) ... Calgary is making some noise this off-season, eh ... there might be a few teams looking over their shoulders at the rising Flames ... Cheers.
