A trend the team has adopted is signing their top players early. Since Noah will spend the next two seasons in the Dub, this contract will slide and not kick in until he turns pro (does not count against the 50 limit). A little signing bonus summer money!!

I was bemoaning the loss of our depth on defense and decided to look up our former #1 pick Noah Juulsen who is now playing for the AHL Abbotsford Canucks. This is his line so far with the Canucks..
2021-22 Regular Season
GP 16 0G 0A 0PTS PIM 6
And a -2
I thought losing him to Florida on waivers was a mistake, I guess that mistake was made at the draft table

I agree. Because of the nature of his injury we will never know how it has affected his potential.

Always thought Juulsen was going to be a good defender for us... head injuries can ruin things for a player, hopefully he can over come that and have a good career
