As someone reputable pointed out (can't recall whom), ain't no way SJ is trading him to LA, the Rangers will have CAP problems next year if they take him on, leaving basically Anaheim as a destination. Poor little Patrick, must really want out badly.

I think it's convenient that his first three teams would all have significant cap issues with trying to acquire him. Rumour has it he also mentioned Chicago and Nashville.
Good luck Patrick. If winning before you're done is really a priority you'll open up that list a tad. Otherwise you're going to ride out that contract until deadline 2017.

I'd have no interest a remaining term and $ ...there are others out ther producing as much with less $ and term.
