Know little about this guy. Good size, former 2nd rounder, good scorer in junior.

Reminds me a lot of the Kristo for Thomas deal - we give up an older (or earlier drafted) guy for someone still in the AHL, in this case giving up someone who can survive in the NHL but not thrive, I'm guessing for someone who we can still hope takes that next step...
