Pateryn is in but if he makes a mistake he'll get benched... Whereas DD can go 33 games without a PP point and he continues to get 1st line minutes and 1st wave PP minutes.... what a joke.

No. I have no proof whatsoever, but one has to wonder about these players who are brought back from injuries (Price, Petry, Weise) and don't seem to be themselves when they return and in Price's and Petry's cases, get re-injured. The secrecy surrounding the injuries makes it even easier to suspect there's something wrong with the process. The one common denominator seems to be a lack of trust in the replacements and a strong desire to have the player return ASAP. Remember what you shout when playing hide and seek? "Ready or not, here I come".

Price consulted two doctors who basically told him that he didn't require surgery ... one of those doctors was in New York City and unless he's on Glen Sather's payroll there's no reason for Price not to trust the second specialist's opinion, too ... it's too bad we didn't have John Scott in the lineup when Chris Kreider took Price out of the playoffs ... it would have been worth a suspension to see Kreider still having problems today from a beating back then ... sorry, guys, but I'm very miffed with this "accidentally-on-purpose" mindset that former pros and analysts seem to giggle off every time it comes up ... Cheers.

Appeared as if Max's pass was deflected, but right in Ghetto's wheelhouse....and it's in off the post, 1-0.

Legwand gets a breakaway...1-1....don't know who screwed up...but it doesn't matter.
Buffalo is nothing once you get past Eichel and Kane.
Hope you made if safely to the game, HabSolute. A good drop of snow, I heard.

Kane JUST did the same type of play Subban was penalized on, except Subban never had the puck. No call.

Lol ....as Tony Marinaro has been hash tagging ...is this a joke! If they blow this one it's got to be all out tank That's what a highly-skilled forward (Kane) can do.... short, hard pass off the skate up to the stick....and Scrivens was beaten deftly and quickly.

Hope this effort gets better so you're as conflicted as the rest of us! I just don't know . . . I want them to go on an amazing winning streak that takes them to June, but I don't believe they have it in them . . . so I want them to lose every game until the middle of April . . . but I hate to see them lose!

TSN690 calling PK's play on Kane a slew-foot....suggesting another fine perhaps on the way....

Just watching Ghetto's interview. Have I said before that I hate hockey cliches? "They're great players, we support each other, blah, blah, blah". Can't a guy come out and say..."Yeah, those guys, really lucky bounce on a pass from Max that was headed for the 12th row. Then I laced it, picking the top corner beautifully, exactly where I wanted it and the goalie had no chance. It's all on me."
His teammates might not like that quote, but man, is it ever a lot more entertaining.

Of course, we're really going to try the rest of this game.....and it'll look okay, because we really are better than Buffalo...
And there's the 3rd goal.
Ghetto...
4-3.
Game not over, yet.....
