Forbes Magazine did a write up about a letter Craig wrote to a kid who wants to be a GM. The lengthy piece discussed various points and gave real world citations. Craig took a lot of time to write the piece (5500 words). I think the first segment highlighted hits home about PK and how he's been handled.

I assume you are talking about how to react to mistakes. Or overreact.

I've been in situations where the vibe is negative & the focus is not on all the the things you do well, it's on the the things that went wrong. It's a difficult environment to work in.

I was referring to Sinden's remarks about letting Bourque grow into the player he became. Let him make mistakes because he'll create more goals than he gives up.
