from cbc.ca:
Sergei Kostitsyn, C/W, HK Gomel (Belarus) The brother of Montreal Canadiens prospect Andrei Kostitsyn (10th overall in 2003) doesn't have his older sibling's high-end potential, but does possess sound offensive instincts; can play all three forward positions but is more of a playmaker than finisher; struggled at the 2005 WJC (6 GP, 0-0-0, -6, 2 PIM), but rebounded to produce five assists, six points and a plus-5 rating in four games at the World division 1 U-18 tournament; is smallish and needs to get a lot stronger

We've had the wrong Dionne, the wrong Hossa and the wrong Chouinard. Why not the wrong Kostitsyn. It's a smart use of a late pick, nothing ventured. Lets hope one of them spells his name Kastitsyn so we can tell them apart. I hope that's the only way we can tell them apart.

Hopefully, Sergei/Siarhei comes over to NA for this season. He was selected in the CHL's import draft by none other than Dale Hunter's London Knights.
Gainey's team selects one of our brightest prospect's brother (who is not without talent himself). One will be in Hamilton, the other could be in London—makes family reunions a bit easier and provides both young men, who are far from home, with an emotional and psychological boost.
Excellent use of a late round pick.

Excellent use of a late round pick. Yup. Very smart move getting Sergei. Before the draft, I was hoping that the Habs would get him and the fact that they snagged him with their 7th round pick makes it even sweeter.
