Milroy reminds me of Ryder a couple of years ago. The red haired stepchild who works hard and does quietly his best. Maybe his foot will fit into one of Gainey's skates when all the wouldbe Princes don't fit.

I haven't heard much of these two, but I don't see Archer getting a full-time NHL position.

Archer really improved over this past season, from barely holding on to Bulldogs spot to being a guy that Jarvis went to a lot at the end of the season in key situations. He is a big guy, with not a lot of offensive upside, and he is slowly adapting to the pace of the AHL game.
Milroy is a decent depth guy who really turned it on in the Memorial Cup in juniors, and still hasn't made his mark in two pro seasons. If he would muck it up a bit more, he could really develop into a potential NHL player as he has offensive skills. He was on a tear in the rookie tourney last season and started with top line ice time, but ended up losing out to Ward and Kostitsyn later on in the season.
Overall, glad they were re-signed, and we have three more years to see if either will make the big show.
