Big moves in lottery.

Flyers were set to pick 14th, given the odds. They jump to top three. Dallas moves to top 3. Devils move to top three. So three teams from pretty well out move up. Big loser is Colorado. They're picking 5th iirc.

Gotta feel for Avalanche fans....suffered for the entire sesaon, and not rewarded a la the Leafs last year....(not that the #1 this year is "Matthews"....but #1 is better than #5 to get what really ails ya.)
