If you notice the Habs press release yesterday with the rookie camp roster, it lists Andre Benoit as being signed to an AHL contract.
Great news, he'll be a big addition to the blueline and coulc creep up into the NHL depth chart. I wouldn't put it past Benoit, he's got a great attitude and fantastic skills. Let's hope they translate to the pro game!
