At 91 years of age ... his telethons used to be a huge thing back in the 70's ... we'd always see the sun come up Sunday morning ... thank you Mr Lewis ... RIP ...

If you have the time....a GREAT INTERVIEW from October 27, 2000 in San Diego. Lewis was 74 at the time. When talent meets brains, confidence, and work ethic. His father was a performer in the Borscht Belt resorts, and young Jerry soaked it all up...and then some. Martin and Lewis rocketed to stardom. They were together 10 years to the day....and left millions on the table when they broke up. What a life! A classic from The Nutty Professor... |
