Erik Karlsson loses his son

CBC news is reporting that Erik Karlsson's son died earlier today. He had announced in November his wife was expecting in mid-April. Condolences to him and his family and can only imagine how empty he must feel tonight.

Horrible. They announced the pregnancy in November. If she was just out of her first trimester at the time, she had something go wrong during the pregnancy it would seem. They'll be emotional messes for a while.
