Now there's a Roger commercial featuring John Tavares. Ugh. The tagline is something like "coming home". Saw that last night. They switch between young Leafs' fan Tavares and today's Tavares. Little Johnny rushes home after hockey so he can watch his beloved Leafs. Big Johnny sits on the couch and commands, "SPORTSNET" into his Rogers remote--I guess so he can watch his own highlights. Again....is that a nationwide Sportsnet promo? Or just in the Toronto market? |
