Saw Dale Weise last night in Belleville ... Laval was down a goal and he took a boarding penalty with around 6 minutes left in the 3rd ... as Franko said, "that's why he's in the AHL" ... Cheers.

It ain't easy being Weisie... I have no issue with him, he loved being a hab and drove Lucic nuts... ok in my books

It ain't easy being Weisie... I have no issue with him, he loved being a hab and drove Lucic nuts... ok in my books Lacks a ton of skill but is heart and soul player. His play against Lucic in the playoffs a few years back shows the kind of value in these kind of players. But the game has changed. It is 90% speed now. Like to have a modern day Weise though. Grit, chip in 12-15 goals, can counter balance a tough guy.
