Just released.
The Duchene curse continues. Can’t help thinking I’m glad we didn’t sign him. Also they should have kept PK. 😇😄
Ps. Another ‘old style’ coach? I don’t know what his reputation is. Authoritarian? Collegial?

Laviolette is pretty fiery but I always thought players perceived him to be supportive.
The Predators do not have the shut down team defense that won them the Western Conference in 2017. Obviously getting poor play from the men in net hurts but most of the vaunted d-corps just does not look that great.
Jeje, Duchene must be feeling like he is cursed. Seriously, though, Johansen has probably been more disappointing.
Nashville needs to get a lot better in a hurry. The points cutoff for the wildcard spots in the West are going to be significantly higher this season compared to last season.

Quite surprised. Poile was on record saying that he fully supported his coach. He was open for business on trade front if players didn't step up. I guess trade feelers werent positive.
Be interesting to see who gets the gig. I dont think Laviolette was issue, nor will he be out of work all that long.

Poile knows him from the U.S. Development Program. Hynes certainly did not accomplish anything in New Jersey that would instill confidence.
