What do you fellows have for top memorabilia? Need some ideas? I recently came into extra cash. Like to add a core piece. Thinking find a game worn jersey. Be good investment also. Or maybe take a shot at a Cup ring from 70s. If I can find one?

I was fortunate enough to actually get to know Jean Beliveau a bit through work. At the time I was a pension consultant and Molson was a client. Beliveau was on the pension investment committee and I attended all the committee meetings for a number of years, getting the opportunity to chat with Beliveau occasionally. One meeting I brought an old-style wool Habs jersey with his name and number and had him personally autograph it for me. That is undoubtedly my top memorabilia for all sports!

Yup, I did some online searching and see where a Jacques Lemaire Cup ring from 1968 was sold. Something like that I would be very interested in. Purchases like that hard to do. Because they don't come up for auction often and when they do have to have the cash to move quick. Like to go to a Barrett Jackson auction too. If I ever get the chance. My grandfather had a 1959 Ford Galaxie 500. Beautiful car. He bought it new and had it when I was a kid. Like to find another one which has been rebuilt. Keep it in my garage. Drive it once in a blue moon.

I haven't gone to Barrett-Jackson, but planning to, Mecum is great as well... check out classiccars.com/listings/find/1959/ford/galaxieThe big thing to concern yourself with is that the title is clear... auctions are good because iirc they verify it.

Hey, great link! They have quite the trunk on them. Will bring back a lot of memories as a kid. My Grandfather's was a hard top. I was only 7 or 8 when he sold it.

If you get a car like that, drive it and enjoy it, be a treat to drive on the highway... especially if it's a resto-mod... take it to car shows and share it... it bugs me when people have beautiful cars and keep them behind closed doors
